Realm Realtime Partner Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility 1.1. This Referral Program is open to all businesses and individuals who have signed up for the Realm Realtime Partner Referral Program. 1.2. Realm Realtime reserves the right to reject or terminate any participation in the program at its sole discretion. 2. The Referral Process 2.1. Partners will be provided with a unique referral code upon joining the program. 2.2. Partners are responsible for promoting Realm Realtime and sharing their unique referral code with potential customers. 2.3. To qualify for a commission, a new customer must sign up for a Realm Realtime subscription using the partner's referral code. 3. Commission 3.1. Partners will earn a commission on the first three months' subscription fees of successfully referred customers. 3.2. A successfully referred customer is defined as a new customer who: * Signs up for a Realm Realtime subscription using the partner's referral code. * Remains subscribed and paying for a minimum of three consecutive months. 3.3. The specific commission rate is confidential and may be subject to change. Partners will be notified in writing prior to any changes. 3.4. Commission payments will be issued within 14 days of the referred customer completing their third month of subscription. 4. Tracking and Reporting 4.1. Partners can track their referrals and performance through the dedicated partners portal with a built-in CRM system. 4.2. Realm Realtime reserves the right to audit referral activity at any time. 5. Prohibited Activities 5.1. Partners are prohibited from engaging in any activities that are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive. 5.2. This includes, but is not limited to: * Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own organization) * Offering incentives to customers in exchange for using a referral code (unless explicitly approved by Realm Realtime) * Tampering with the referral process or tracking system. 6. Termination 6.1. Realm Realtime reserves the right to terminate a partner's participation in the program for any violation of these terms and conditions. 6.2. In the event of termination, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited. 7. Disclaimer 7.1. Realm Realtime makes no guarantees regarding the success of the referral program or the amount of commission a partner may earn. 7.2. Realm Realtime is not responsible for any technical issues that may prevent a referral from being tracked or processed. 8. Changes to Terms and Conditions 8.1. Realm Realtime reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. 8.2. Partners will be notified of any changes via email or through the partners portal. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 10. Entire Agreement 10.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Realm Realtime and the partner regarding the referral program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
